With great excitement I would like to announce the latest product from PurplePixie, an open-source service desk / helpdesk system called FreeDESK.
This is now available as an alpha release in an early stage of development and we welcome all FreeNATS users to download it and give it a try.
As the kind of wonderful people FreeNATS users are we know you might find FreeDESK useful and, importantly to us, have some feedback/problems/comments/suggestions you would like to make.
