Shut down and restart the computer. 13 Tap F12 immediately when the DELL logo appears. At the boot menu, use th e arrow keys to highlight the CDDVD drive, and then press Enter. 14 Select Boot from CD-ROM option from the menu that appears , then press Enter. 15 Type 1 to start the Drivers and Utilities menu, then press Enter. Select Run the 32 Bit Dell Diagnos Blood Sugar Solution tics from the numbered list. If multiple versions are listed, select the version appropriate for your computer. 16 Select the tes t you want to run at the Dell Diagnostics Main Menu. 17 After all tests have completed, close the test window to return to the Dia PurplePixie gnostics Main Menu. 18 Remove your Drivers and Utilities CD. Close the Main Menu to exit Dell Diagnostics.
